About the Role

Our client is a leading global multi-finance company undergoing rapid expansion in the Indonesian market, driven by strong capital backing, aggressive growth targets, and a commitment to building a best-in-class financial services platform.

As part of this growth, the company is seeking a Strategy & Planning Senior Manager to establish and co-lead the company strategic initiative in Indonesia. This role will act as a strategic business partner to the executives, ensuring that business expansion is executed within a thorough go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Productivity & Performance

  • Develop and implement frameworks to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Track performance, set benchmarks, and identify opportunities for optimization.

2. Strategic Planning & Financial Alignment

  • Partner with Finance to align sales strategies with business plans and targets.
  • Ensure alignment across revenue goals, OPEX, and headcount planning.

3. Commercial Strategy Development

  • Translate financial targets and market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining efficiency and healthy margins.

4. Geographic Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of expansion initiatives.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, commercial strategy, or business performance roles.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, including principals/OEMs and internal teams.
  • Strong experience in sales performance management, including manpower productivity and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and aligning strategies with financial targets (revenue, OPEX, headcount).
  • Demonstrated experience in geographic expansion and market entry initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, distribution, or dealership network environments.
  • Background in multi-finance or consumer financing, particularly in supporting sales growth or credit-linked products.
