About the Role

Our client is a leading digital wealth management platform in Indonesia, experiencing rapid growth as it strengthens its position in the high-net-worth individual (HNWI) segment. Backed by strong market momentum and a commitment to delivering client-centric financial solutions, the company is focused on building a best-in-class wealth management franchise.

As part of this expansion, the company is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to scale its HNWI business. This role is responsible for growing assets under management (AUM) and revenue by deepening existing client relationships and building a strong pipeline of new high-value clients, while elevating client experience and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of minimum 10 Relationship Managers to achieve business targets
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor productivity, and drive a high-performance sales culture
  • Develop team capabilities in client acquisition, relationship management, and investment advisory

2. New Client Acquisition (Hunter Role)

  • Drive acquisition of new HNWI / affluent clients through personal network, referrals, and market channels
  • Build strong pipeline of prospective clients for self and team
  • Support team in closing strategic high-value opportunities

3. AUM Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Maintain and grow overall team portfolio with focus on AUM expansion and revenue generation
  • Increase wallet share, trading volume, and cross-sell opportunities across investment products
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Manage selected key HNWI clients and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Ensure excellent service standards, client retention, and satisfaction
  • Understand client needs, risk profile, and financial objectives

5. Investment Advisory & Market Insights

  • Provide market insights, portfolio updates, and investment recommendations to clients
  • Guide team in delivering tailored wealth solutions across equities, mutual funds, bonds, and other investment products
  • Stay updated on market trends and translate them into actionable client strategies
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in securities / wealth management / private banking
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNWI clients with strong AUM achievements
  • Prior experience leading a sales / RM team preferred
  • Strong network within HNWI / affluent market segment
  • Solid understanding of capital market and investment products
  • Relevant certifications such as WPPE / WMI / CFP preferred
  • Strong leadership, commercial mindset, and relationship-building skills
