About the Role

Our client is a leading multinational financing company with a strong global presence and growing operations in Indonesia. As the organization continues to strengthen its people capabilities and organizational effectiveness, the company is seeking a Senior Manager – Human Resources (Talent, Engagement & Development) to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, and employer branding.

This role will play a key part in translating global HR frameworks into effective local execution, supporting business growth, organizational capability, and employee experience within a dynamic multinational environment. The position will also ensure compliance with OJK regulations and Indonesian manpower laws while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent & Performance Management

  • Lead end-to-end performance management and succession planning processes
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives
  • Drive talent identification, career development, and workforce planning initiatives

2. Learning, Training, Development

  • Develop and implement training and leadership development programs aligned with business needs
  • Oversee learning initiatives across technical, functional, and leadership capabilities
  • Monitor learning effectiveness and manage external training partnerships

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen employee experience and retention
  • Partner with leadership teams to reinforce company values and organizational culture
  • Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives

4. Employer Branding & Corporate Branding

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market positioning as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on branding campaigns, career engagement, and talent attraction activities
  • Ensure branding initiatives align with both regional standards and local market needs

5. Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with regional and business stakeholders to implement HR programs effectively
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on talent and people development matters
  • Prepare HR reports, insights, and presentations for senior leadership and regional teams
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and learning & development frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in a matrix and fast-paced multinational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to financing, banking, insurance, or financial services industries is preferred
