About the Role

Our client is a leading digital wealth management platform in Indonesia, experiencing rapid growth as it strengthens its position in the high-net-worth individual (HNWI) segment. Backed by strong market momentum and a commitment to delivering client-centric financial solutions, the company is focused on building a best-in-class wealth management franchise.

As part of this expansion, the company is seeking a Head of Wealth Management to lead and scale its HNWI business. This role is responsible for growing assets under management (AUM) and revenue by deepening existing client relationships and building a strong pipeline of new high-value clients, while elevating client experience and leading a high-performing team. The role will also define and execute the overall wealth strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Wealth Strategy & Business Growth

  • Lead the overall wealth management strategy focused on acquiring, retaining, and growing HNWI clients.
  • Drive AUM growth and revenue across the portfolio.
  • Continuously refine the value proposition to stay competitive and relevant.

2. Client Acquisition & Network Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new HNWI clients across multiple channels.
  • Leverage personal and institutional networks to unlock new opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships to support business growth.

3. Client Retention & Relationship Management

  • Strengthen client engagement to ensure long-term relationships and high satisfaction.
  • Increase wallet share through tailored advisory and personalized service.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

4. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and develop a team of relationship managers with clear targets and KPIs.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.
  • Coach team members to improve commercial and client engagement capabilities.

5. Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure strong execution of strategy with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor performance and proactively address gaps.
  • Improve processes to enhance productivity and scalability.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on client needs.
  • Contribute insights to improve product offerings and client solutions.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of the overall wealth management proposition.
Key Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or HNWI client coverage.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing HNWI client portfolios.
  • Strong experience leading and scaling client-facing teams (RMs / client partners).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive AUM growth, revenue, and client retention.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Well-developed network within HNWI / affluent segments is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
