About the Role
A leading digital fintech brokerage platform in Indonesia is seeking a highly driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale its performance marketing strategy across all paid acquisition channels. This role will be responsible for driving user growth, optimizing acquisition efficiency, and maximizing ROI across digital platforms while leading the performance marketing team and managing large-scale marketing budgets. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Data, and Brand teams to accelerate growth within a competitive digital ecosystem, and will report directly to the Co-Founder, playing a key role in shaping the company’s next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across all paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates, etc.).
● Own user acquisition strategy, budget allocation, CAC optimization, and ROAS performance.
● Drive data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous funnel optimization to improve conversion
and user quality.
● Manage and mentor the performance marketing team, ensuring strong execution.
● Work closely with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Growth teams to align marketing efforts with product
launches and growth initiatives.
● Develop scalable acquisition frameworks to support Ajaib’s expansion across different user segments
and markets.
● Monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and present strategic recommendations to
senior leadership.
● Manage relationships with marketing partners, platforms, and external agencies where relevant.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, new growth channels, and emerging marketing technologies.
Key Qualifications
● Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
● Proven experience leading performance marketing teams and managing significant marketing budgets.
● Strong expertise in paid digital channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other acquisition platforms.
● Deep understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels, attribution models.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate into strategic decisions.
● Experience in fintech, investment platforms, crypto, or high-growth tech companies is a strong plus.
● Hands-on leader who can balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong stakeholder management
